Project Details

Η μάχη της Οξύνειας (Μερίτσας) (11-12 Φλεβάρη 1943)

 Ο Κώσας Γαλάνης γεννήθηκε τον Μάϊο του 1912 στο Αγιόφυλλο Καλαμπάκας. Από νωρίς τάχθηκε στον αγώνα της Εθνικής Αντίστασης κατά του κατακτητή. με την Οργάνωση ΕΑΜ-ΕΛΑΣ.

Πήρε μέρος στη Μάχη της Μερίτσας και τραυματιστηκε. Πέθανε το 1968 στη Βουδαπέση όπου βρισκόταν ως πολιτικός εξόριστος.
